Abstract:
In this article authors consider protection of human rights in the social state in the international and constitutional aspect. Human rights are exposed to sets of claims in connection with the local conflicts nowadays; in this connection important to develop the effective mechanism of their protection. Such measure of protection is developed at the international level, action of the international regulatory legal acts is considered by the authors. The mechanism of human rights’ protection is shown on the example of the Russian Federation.
