Abstract:
We consider the information support of special units of internal affairs bodies during the special operations for the prevention and suppression of mass disorders; the role of the situation in human behavior, psychological cyclical algorithm of its development; assessment of the individual's behavior; dynamics of social conflict, the criteria for determining the emotional state of the crowd; tactics of special units of law-enforcement bodies to stop the riots. The purpose of writing this article - to review the theoretical and methodological foundations information management of special units of law-enforcement bodies to stop the riots. Foreign experts who are engaged in the study of scientific problems: G.Blummer, R.Nisbett, G.Allport, L.Ross, W.Thomas, H.Tajfel, S.Freud, H.Heckhausen, G.Schneider, Methodology: the article is made based on an integrated, multidisciplinary approach, using a combination of scientific and special methods of research: comparative-typological, logical and analytical, formal-logical, systematic and structural, statistical. Conclusions: Information support of the activities of the Interior is a key factor in solving the problems of prevention and suppression of mass disorders by special units of the Interior. Timeliness and completeness of such security in modern conditions have a direct impact on the adoption of optimal management decisions. Scope of the study: This article was prepared outside the territorial, historical and legal framework of scientific research. Practical value: The provisions of article can be used in the practice of law enforcement agencies to develop a strategy and tactics of the special crime prevention. Social consequences: increased public safety and public events.
