Abstract:
This article highlighted and analyzed a number of topical problems of regulation of relations associated with the action of the criminal legislation of Russia in time. The author pays special attention to problems that manifest themselves in judicial practice in the interpretation and application of the Institute of criminal law in time, and also offers solutions aimed at the improvement of the institution.
