Abstract:
The article is devoted to the role of the Criminal Executive inspection in preventing re-offending among convicted persons serving a sentence not involving exclusion from society. The work is based on activity PKU UII UFSIN of Russia in the Republic of Dagestan. The article focuses on the prevention of reoffending among juveniles. Objective: determine where the Criminal Executive inspection system to prevent repeat crimes. The following methods were used: observation, interviewing, questionnaires, analysis and synthesis of investigative and judicial practice, a study of departmental materials. Application results. The results can be used of subjects of prevention of re-offending.
