Abstract:
The article refers to the adversarial principle in the criminal procedure law, enshrined in Article 15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which represents a considerable importance in the implementation of the criminal proceedings. Science criminal proceedings is faced with the problem of correlating it with different legal categories. Competitiveness is considered as a form of criminal justice, and is a principle enshrined in law.
