Abstract:
The aim of the article is to analyze the concept and content of corruption in electoral processes (electoral corruption) in the Kyrgyz Republic. The methodology of the study, constitute provisions of materialist dialectics: scientific methods of comparative law, historical, system analysis; statistical and sociological research methods, and others. Research materials may also be used in the educational process at the teaching of criminology in the system of training of law enforcement officials on the issue of crime prevention in the electoral processes. The authors consider the problem of lack of effectiveness of the criminal law legal fight against electoral corruption in modern conditions.
