Abstract:

The article justifies the necessity of improvement of criminal legislation as the most important part of the optimization of the system of legal regulation of combating organized crime. Made and justify specific proposals. The results presented in the article of the study can be used in lawmaking. This article is intended for researchers and practitioners in the field of combating crime, as well as all those interested in this subject.
