Abstract:
The article identifies the branch of service, where the most common theft, committed through misappropriation or embezzlement (trade, banking, tourism, transport, education, health, social protection, housing and utilities). Objective: to determine the sectors of sphere of service, where the most common theft, committed through misappropriation or embezzlement. The result application area. The results can be used in the activity of the subjects of prevention of crimes in the sphere of service.
