Abstract:
The article determines the criminological problem involving persons of youth age in the terrorist activities on the basis of analysis of structure, dynamics and tendencies of terrorist oriented crime among young people. The article highlights the socio-political, socio-economic, administrative , managerial, moral and educational factors determining the process of involvement of persons of youth age in terrorist activities. On the basis of the analysis of criminological issues involving persons of youth age in terrorism, the author offers moral and educational, criminal-legal measures against this process. Objective: to develop effective measures to counter the involvement of persons of youth age in the terrorist activities on the basis of criminological analysis. The following methods were used: the comparative-legal analysis and generalization of judicial and investigation practice, sociological methods (survey, questionnaire, observation). Application results. The results can be used in activity of subjects of prevention of terrorist crimes.
