Abstract:
The article deals with topical issues of the criminal policy of the state in the sphere of counteraction to crimes associated with the implementation of the state defense order. The criminal policy is presented as a complex system of steps to prevent and counteract crimes in this sphere. It also reveals current issues of theory and practice.
