Abstract:
Objectives - The problem of the legal relationship is central to the general theory of law. The article is devoted to the theoretical aspects of the relations arising in the sphere of activity of administrative law. By analyzing the distinctive features and places of administrative and legal relations in the legal system, the author sets the task to formulate a definition of this legal institution. Model and methods - legal relations - is, above all, the relations in connection with the law and based on law. They occur with natural rights and duties, and with the advent of the state the most important of them get legal clearance. Conclusions and results - administrative relations - is regulated legal and administrative regulations, secure administrative responsibility management relations, which the participants, showing the will to form interconnected communication through legal rights and obligations and resolve administrative disputes in court, and in court. Originality and practical value - the author presents his own vision of the definition of administrative and legal relations, as the main institution of administrative law, the regulated legal and administrative regulations, and protected the administrative responsibility.
