Abstract:

The article is devoted research of a role of the criminal legislation made by women in increase of efficiency of precautionary influence concerning the crimes. With a view of preventive maintenance of crimes from women, it is offered essential corrective amendments in the penitentiary policy, as legislative, and legal an order, in particular, concerning the condemned women, leaving criminal punishments, in particular - imprisonment.
