Abstract:
In the present paper attempts to analyze signs of terrorist activity occurring changes in the methods and means of action used by terrorists to achieve assigned their goals. Identification of legislative and enforcement deficiencies in combating terrorist activities and specific recommendations for their elimination of these phenomena.
