Abstract:
This article examines the issues of determining the administrative and legal status of cadets of educational institutions of the Russian Interior Ministry. The status of the student is a significant social and legal category, which is the core of the legal expression of inter-relations between the state and the individual. The scientific interpretation is accepted to allocate the overall social status of the individual and deriving its varieties, such as political, religious, legal, economic, ethical, moral, and so on. In this article, we will focus on the legal status of cadets of educational institutions of the Russian Interior Ministry and its special-ness. The study identified the main features of the legal status of this category of subjects that are of great prac-critical value in the learning process of students in departmental way-successive organizations.
