Abstract:
The problem of evaluation of circumstantial evidence, the value of circumstantial evidence in proving on criminal cases, the role of internal interconnection together circumstantial evidence to establish their probative value, analyzed the value of intermediate facts established by circumstantial evidence in the evaluation of the past. The author concludes that the circumstantial evidence is very important for comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the circumstances of the case and the need to introduce in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the principle of comprehensive, full and objective investigation, is guided by a widely used and effective use in practice of circumstantial evidence for testing direct evidence and self-establish the circumstances to be proved in the absence of direct evidence.
