Abstract:
The article presents an analysis of some of the issues of insurance of civil liability of developers, namely changes to the Federal Law of 30.12.2004 number 214 -FZ, aimed at achieving transparency and accessibility of information on insurers and property developers, tightening requirements for insurance companies. It also analyzes the legal construction of the builder liability insurance as a way to ensure commitment of its shortcomings, such as the complexity of the mechanism of realization of insurance responsibility of the developer and the problem of obtaining insurance payments participants of shared construction.
