Abstract:
Civil procedure - is regulated by law the activity of courts of general jurisdiction in civil cases solution and investigation. The study of factors that affect civil procedure, promotes the optimization of legal regulation of civil procedural relations. This article is devoted to the study of the role of legal obstacles in civil proceedings. The author tries to describe this term, highlight its main functions, to determine the value of legal obstacles in the implementation of justice in civil cases.
