Abstract:
The article explores the Genesis of legal techniques in the Russian jurisprudence. The author substantiates the necessity of recourse to the legal technique under the conditions of administrative reform of public authorities in the effective functioning of the Russian legal system as a whole. The emphasis is on the historical aspect of the formation of legal techniques and sources of Russian pre-revolutionary right (X - XVIII centuries).
