Abstract:
In the article the analysis of the current anti-drug criminal law. Shown its shortcomings. The conclusion about the necessity of its reformation. Reviewed existing draft laws, including prepared by the Federal drug control service, as well as contained in the doctrine of the proposals on improving anti-drug criminal law. Considered separate problems of law enforcement practice, the conclusion about the need to comply it with the current criminal law. The article may be useful for lawmakers, research workers and law enforcement officials.
