Abstract:
In this paper, the issues of the initial stage of the preliminary investigation of provocation bribes. Taking into account the views of scientists, investigating this problem, lists the possible investigation of the situation, determined a range of investigative and other procedural actions for each of them, recommendations on the interrogation of subjects of criminal procedural relations. The article provides examples of judicial and investigation practice.
