Abstract:
The Implementation of procurement for state and municipal needs is the most common cases involvement of state and municipal authorities in the property relations. This area has many challenges due to gaps in the legislation. Therefore, the legislator constantly enhancing the standards of legal regulation of state procurement. This article discusses the most topical problems of the sphere of state and municipal orders, and suggests ways of solving them.
