Abstract:

The article describes some problems related to the prevention of crimes committed on grounds of ethnic and religious hatred and hostility towards members of particular social groups. The author describes the social danger of the offences, the proposals related to the establishment and justification of necessary measures of criminal liability for committed acts, but also with the development of a comprehensive system of preventive measures, including measures of legal, political, economic, social, ideological and educational nature.
