Abstract:
In this article actual problems of public administration on fight against fixed matches and the dope use in the field of sports in Australia are considered. Activities of National department for law enforcement in sports are shined. Correctness of toughening of the Australian legislation on fight using in sports of doping preparations and the prohibited medicines is proved.
