Constitutional and Legislative Principles of the Land Policy of the Russian Federation
( Pp. 25-29)
Abstract:
This paper presents a study of the essentials of the environmental, water and land policies. It discovers the constitutional basis of the land policy. The article specifies the roles of President and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in determining the main directions of the environmental and land policies, and the roles of the Government of the Russian Federation and federal executive bodies in carrying out the land policy. The article comments on the major directions of the land policy at the present stage.
