Abstract:

The article considers peculiarities of the criminal-law protection of human life in the regulations established by the Numbers books of the Old Testament of the Bible, including the classification of the murders, specific of penalties for intentional and negligent infliction of death that had been characteristic for the Hebrew criminal law.
