Property rights to the television movie after the collapse of the Soviet Union

The article considers the question of who won the property rights of the Soviet films for television, made by movie studios of the former Soviet Union commissioned USSR Radio and Television after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Based on the interpretation of international law, decisions of the Economic Court of the CIS, the legislation of the former Soviet Union, including accounting, archival materials, the author comes to the conclusion that after the collapse of the Soviet Union, all proprietary rights in the television movies could only go to the state, and not to taken separately entities. Argumentative and evidentiary justified position that the exclusive rights to the mentioned above telefilms, owned by the Russian Federation. This article will be interesting primarily to practical lawyers.
