Abstract:
Objectives: the article considers the relevance of issues of legal education; the problem of correlation of legislative definitions of such categories as «upbringing», «education», «training» is investigated. The essence of legal education in the context of the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation» is defined. Model: methods such as were used: comparative-legal, formal-legal, logical, method of system analysis. Conclusions: the categories of «upbringing», «education», «training» in the current legislation are not clearly distinguished. Proposals: The special normative act regulating the issues of legal education is needed to be accepted. The sphere of application of the results (the value): the results of the work can be used in the practical process by subjects of legal education in practical activities.
