Abstract:
The current state of the Russian legislative process is alarming for future of normative material of the CRIMINAL CODE. In contrast to theoretical and practical reasons have criminalized not conduct, and potency or personality characteristics that clearly harms the process of law enforcement, and strong efforts of power elite for dealing with legal nihilism, has long been which is part of the mentality of the Russian citizen. Codification of criminal responsibility for State of intoxication, which is intended to form the Act sad tribute to the extremist branch of the sociological School of penal law, calling to abandon notions of crime, guilt, and punishment. We are talking about parts 2, 4, 6 tbsp. 264 264.1 of the CRIMINAL CODE and article. The presence of this kind of regulatory material creates the unpresentable picture: better escape from the crime scene, because in the end you will get a bonus. Such situations clamor for change.
