Abstract:
The freedom of the activity of religious associations guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation does not mean that this freedom is unlimited, that their activity can be associated with encroachments on the individual, the rights and freedoms of citizens, on the constitutional system of the Russian Federation or with other violations of legislation [1, p. 98].
