Abstract:
The article considers the problem of criminal-legal characteristics of one of the subjects of the crime envisaged senior 244 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of the norms of criminal and other branches of law investigated the concept of «dead body», and to elaborate proposals on improving criminal legislation.
