Abstract:
Today, when the legal system of most States is so developed that affects virtually all spheres of society, one of the most important components of a person's world is its sense of justice. Reflecting the totality of the views of society and the individual on the right, on the one hand, it determines the contents and the processes of creation and application of law. Daily growth in legislation, the creation of new legal structures, etc. have concluded that the existing society is right as the only form of existence of human freedom. The study of this feature of the modern legal consciousness of the subject of this article. The problem of studying the legal consciousness lies at the crossroads of different disciplines, primarily law, philosophy and psychology, in this connection the author considers the category of "freedom", "modernity", of "consciousness" on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach. In conclusion, the author concludes that the pursuit of ever-increasing regulation of various aspects of life and activities of the society to "legal freedom" is a manifestation of deep-seated problems of social consciousness, which consists in the loss of faith in the honesty and fairness of others. The author encourages the public to rethink their views in relation to these moral categories and to the assuming of social responsibility.
