Abstract:
This article considers modern (international) terrorism as a direct threat to the foundations of Russia's constitutional system. It is established that the internal as external security of the state, the constitutional foundations of the social and state system, serves as the main object of modern terrorism. The need for legal, regulatory and practical regulation of prevention and combating modern (international) terrorism is determined.
