Abstract:
The problem of liability for crimes related to trafficking in firearms is one of the most urgent. Illegal possession of weapons leads to an aggravation of the criminal situation, forms prerequisites for committing socially dangerous acts against the individual and property. The issues of determining the species, the regime of storage and transportation of weapons are not resolved.
