Abstract:
The protection of public health and public morality is one of the main tasks facing Russia. Committing crimes in this area poses a real threat to national security, the country's socio-economic development, and the cultural heritage of Russia. The legal assessment of the audit materials on the facts of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs directly depends on the competent actions of law enforcement officials. In this article, we will consider some of the problematic aspects of this direction.
