Abstract:
In this work as the author the corpus delicti of Art. 174 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Legalization (washing) of the money or other property acquired by other persons in the criminal way" is considered. The problems arising at qualification of these crimes are revealed and also recommendations about improvement of the legislation in the field are developed.
