Abstract:
The article discusses the differences and contradictions of the current criminal legislation of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) on liability for commercial bribery. Receive an expert evaluation of conformity of this legislation with comparable provisions of the CE Criminal Law Convention on corruption, UN Convention against corruption and the Model Penal Code for States-members of CIS. Substantiates the idea of adopting a special agreement of member States of the EAEU on coordinated policy in the field of combating crime in the economic sphere.
