The principles of the relationship between participants in criminal proceedings and the court are derived from the General principles of criminal proceedings. Having a certain specificity, in this case they also play the role of the backbone of all types and forms of relations of the investigator, the head of the investigative body, the Prosecutor, the bodies of inquiry and the court. It is important to note, however, that they are self-sufficient. Not as universal as the General principles, however, they possess all the merits of the specificity of the beginning laid down in them in the sphere of legal reality, which includes the phenomena and processes determining the essence and content of the relationship between the participants in criminal proceedings on the part of the prosecution and the court. The principles in question fall into the category of legal principles.
