Abstract:
The problem of involvement of the minor in commission of crime was and remains a current problem of modern society. Today at the legislative level for prevention of such involvement criminal and legal measures of responsibility, the system of the organs and institutions performing prevention of neglect, homelessness and prevention of crimes of minors are provided. Despite the taken measures of fight against involvement of minors in commission of criminal acts, an indicator of commission of such crimes remains appreciable.
