Abstract:

The individual aspects of legal protection of objects of flora in the Republic of Crimea are reserched. The concept of the plant world. Defined the range of objects of legal protection of the plant world. Analysed the legislation of the Russian Federation on the plant world, identified problems and ways of their solution. The conditions, ways and procedure for compensation of harm caused to objects of flora, in accordance with the law.
