Abstract:
The article analyzes the experience of socialization policy of agricultural land in the Soviet Union in order to identify features of the land-distribution policies in the context of state-socialist party. This problem is directly related to the formation of Russia private ownership of land and its legal support. The study of a wide range of legal sources using methods of social reconstruction, analysis, modeling, led the author to the conclusion about the impossibility of sustainable agriculture in a policy controlling the distribution of land and human resources, the use of discretionary administrative reforms methods. The findings have implications for the implementation of the legal regulation of the land and the distribution policy of the modern Russian state.
