Abstract:
The present article is devoted to questions of legal support of efficiency of administrative procedures of execution of the state functions and providing the state services. On the basis of the analysis of the acting administrative and procedural legislation conclusions of rather current state of legal regulation of administrative procedures of execution of the state functions and providing the state services are formed. Legal support of efficiency of administrative procedures of providing the state services and execution of the state functions is presented by the author as system of administrative and legal means which in total and interrelations allow to achieve the objectives and effectiveness of such procedures and, as a result, properly to provide realization of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens (organizations).
