Abstract:
In the article features of a legal destiny of inhabited and uninhabited premises, their status in the course of consideration of affairs about bankruptcy of the builder are considered. The procedure for establishing the requirements of creditors of the relevant categories, the priority of meeting the creditors' claims, as well as the importance of allocating residential and non-residential premises to certain types of creditor claims were briefly investigated. An analysis is made of the appropriateness and necessity of dividing these categories of real estate into the corresponding types in these insolvency cases and the specific legal consequences of such real estate objects.
