CONCEPTUAL-CATEGORICAL APPARATUS AS A STRUCTURAL ELEMENT OF THE DOCTRINE OF FORENSIC ACCOUNT

The purpose of work consists in that on the basis of the analysis of fundamental concepts of the doctrine about the criminalistic account to disclose their content. Single questions of the criminalistic account and registration are considered in the works C. Backman, B. Hebenton, E. Kazemikaitiene, R. Petrauskas, T. Terry. In article signs to which there has to correspond the private criminalistic theory are designated. The analysis of a ratio of such concepts as the account and registration is carried out. The opinion on the name of the studied doctrine is expressed. The conclusion about integrated character of the criminalistic account is drawn. Positions concerning the concepts "databank" and "database" are specified. Work is addressed to teachers, students, graduate students of higher educational institutions and all those who is interested in problems of the criminalistic account.
