Abstract:
In the system of national education priority is to prepare qualified professionals with legal training. The most effective for achieving this goal are practice-oriented methods, which are reflected in the number and format of legal clinics. However, their usefulness can be negated in the case of irrational use; the question is how to maximize the effectiveness of education is perhaps the most controversial and challenging from the point of view of implementation.
