Abstract:

The article analyzes the problem of determining the subordination of cases on administrative violations under Article 15.15.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation "Violation of the procedure for the adoption of budgetary obligations", committed in the adoption of budgetary obligations by different levels of budgets. The materials of law enforcement practice are considered in which the method of analogy of law is used in determining the jurisdiction of the consideration of cases of administrative offenses under this article, which indicates the existence of gaps in the administrative procedural legislation and requires taking measures to correct it.
