Abstract:
In the article features of a legal status of some participants of affairs about insolvency of builders are considered. The role and importance of relevant subjects in bankruptcy cases of the developer is briefly examined. An analysis is made of the appropriateness and necessity of the participation of certain subjects in the relevant category of bankruptcy cases, including those affiliated with the developer, state bodies and public-law companies.
