Abstract:
In this article we discuss a problem of the restrictions of rights and freedoms of the diplomatic missions in the modern world. We pay attention to the concepts such as the privileges and the immunities of the diplomatic mission. So we analyze some of the legal acts of the Vienna Convention on the diplomatic relations and we consider actual violations of the rights of the diplomatic missions today.
