Abstract:
This paper presents an analysis of the results of the monitoring of the observance of the rights and lawful interests of convicted persons with disabilities experiencing serious difficulties in communicating with employees, addressing provided by the law of the rights and legitimate interests. Identifies the problems associated with the provision of sign language interpretation services, identifies trends in this segment of activity of prison inspections.
