ABOUT PROBLEMS OF JUDICIAL AND EXPERT ACTIVITY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND WAYS OF THEIR DECISION

A task - legal, scientific and methodical, personnel, organizational problems of judicial and expert activity in the Russian Federation are considered. Recommendations about separate activities of the judicial and expert organizations are considered and made. Ways of reforming of the state judicial and expert organizations are designated. Ways of improvement of the organization of activity of the non-state judicial and expert organizations are developed. Model - the Methodological basis of work general scientific, chastnonauchny and special methods of a research have made, including, methods of the system and structural, comparative and legal and statistical analysis. Conclusions - Questions of legal, scientific and methodical, organizational regulation of judicial and expert activity in the Russian Federation are topical issues of activity in the sphere of legal proceedings on which observance of legitimate rights and interests of citizens, the organizations and the state depends. Framework a research / a possibility of the subsequent use of results of scientific work a Number of provisions of work can form a basis for further development of scientific research in judicial and expert activity. Practical value - Separate conclusions of work can be used in law-making activity, in practice of legal proceedings, in educational process of legal higher education institutions. Social consequences - Introduction in practice of the developed offers will allow to increase the level of judicial and expert activity and, respectively, a level of legal proceedings in Russia in general. Originality/value - in work the specified definitions of some concepts and new regulations on judicial and expert activity are offered, ways of her reforming are shown that will exert beneficial influence on functioning of the judicial and expert organizations, investigating authorities, courts, and also on process of training in higher education institutions of a legal profile.
