Abstract:

This article analyzes the problems of using the Internet for the dissemination of extremist materials. It is proved that such possibilities of the Internet as a readily available, anonymous, rapid transfer of the necessary information, the virtual absence of censorship, media used by extremist organizations to promote their ideas, fundraising, planning and organization of extremist actions, expanding the field of activities, involvement in the criminal activity of new members.
